El Paso is a "high volume" CP with an existing ECT Master.  Marie, there is a 
9/1/99 note in Lotus Notes that the CP to email its form of Schedule. What 
have we received?  Shouldn't we be pushing this ISDA?  Can someone prepare 
credit?
