Since the Master is drafted for ECT/TBS, what does your message mean in terms 
of moving the ISDA, guaranty and side letter along?  As I mentioned to Ted, 
what EI or an EI project company does outside of the ECT swap is not 
something that I can track.  Thanks.  SS
