FYI:  Ed Quinn advises that he is once again in negotiations with P&G for a 5 
year, 50,000T/yr SWAPTION.  When our prior negotiations with P&G were halted, 
we were waiting to review P&G's proposed alternative (or variation) to 
"non-reliance".
