Trying to set up conference call with Tiger (will advise).  Enron Corp. 
lawyer out of town until tomorrow afternoon; trying to find another Corp. 
lawyer to review the guaranty.  Also, received e-mail from Harvard asking 
when I'd respond.  Is this just a routine request?  SS
