	The following is a new deal that was presented today, Oct. 26, at the Underwriter's meeting.

Region: EWS/EA

Deal Name: Columbia

Originator Name: Jake Thomas

Description: Increase in capital commitment for 290MW CCGT in Longview, Washington.  Market for projects and equipment is very soft, therefore, ability to execute exit is 	      highly uncertain.

GA Action Item: Inform Paul Kaufman - Western Region
