Due to a scheduling conflict, we will NOT hold a conference call on Monday, November 26, 2001.  We will resume our weekly conference call schedule on Monday, Decembe 3rd at 2:00 p.m. (EST) and focus on legislative and regulatory issues and recent developments in the West region.
