At one point, you were going to get some customers' names & contact info to pass along to the media. Any luck? Karen Denne with PR is getting quite a few phone calls from California media sources. The strategy has to be to downplay Enron and have the customer pitch "their pain" by this action of the CPUC. Give me or Karen a call. Jim
