I just got a hold of Mike, who is aware of these deals but isn't positive on 
the prices. He's going to have to check with the broker on Monday to get it 
right. So as of right now these deals aren't in the system. I'm sorry about 
that.

Enron sells Sempra 50 mw of Sept.'01  Mid-C at $360.00
Enron buys Sempra 50 mw of July '01 Mid-C at $270.00
