Bob: Could you get one of your folks to change the Refperiod descriptions for 
Canadian and U.S. natural gas from:

The term of the Transaction shall be from 08:00 hours on The Effective Date 
to 08:00 hours on the day following The Termination Date. The Effective Date 
is "<<STARTDATE>>". The Termination Date is "<<ENDDATE>>".
