Here is a commercial description of the various projects in Bolivia.  I=20
understand Mike has had discussions with ESA legal about Andrea's role in t=
he=20
Bolivian projects.  Commercially all of the Bolivia projects are under Bret=
t=20
Wiggs' group and John Novak is supporting Brett.  There is an interest in=
=20
keeping Andrea involved in the projects she is currently working on, howeve=
r,=20
Mike only wants Andrea working on true Bolivian trading issues only, gas an=
d=20
electricity purchase and sale agreements, he does not want her being used t=
o=20
create legal entities or pursuing other project related work.  I think that=
=20
is probably the right approach.  I would probably go further and suggest to=
=20
John that Andrea works at the request of John on Bolivian trading issues, a=
s=20
apposed to taking direction from the commercial team, since John can filter=
=20
the requests and keep Andrea from being overwhelmed by demands from the=20
Bolivian commercial team.  What are your thoughts?  Let's talk early next=
=20
