Per our conversation, here is the last draft out of that subcommittee.  As 
you remember, we were supposed to agree and then take our proposal back to 
the full group.  Unfortunately, that was about when the negotiations fell 
apart on the point allocations, so Rick Miles terminated the ADR process.
