Real-Time Market to verify prices.

The NYISO is reserving the following hours at the following
external proxy buses per ECA20010908B:

HQ: 5:00 - 7:00, 23:00
NE: 5:00 - 7:00, 23:00
OH: 5:00 - 7:00, 10:00, 11:00, 14:00-16:00, 23:00
PJM: 0:00, 5:00 - 7:00, 23:00

BME Locational Reserve Prices:  Reserve HB 13:00 and 14:00

Prices in the 27 December 2001 Day-Ahead Market are correct.
