Algonquin, East Tennessee, EGAN Hub Partners, Moss Bluff Hub Partners,
and Texas Eastern will observe Monday, December 24 and Tuesday, December
25, 2001 as company holidays.  The New Years holiday will be observed
Tuesday, January 1, 2002.  Capacity Services will be staffed with shift
personnel. The Capacity Services after hours is (713) 627-5058.
