I appreciate Stephanie Millers role in assisting our group in identifying obstacles and solutions in our development effort. I hope you are not thinking of redirecting her. She works well with our group. With regard to Longview, lets coordinate the Gas Services Agreements through our development group. I would prefer not to send McCook any further documentation until they have responded to our PSA and Management Agreements. McCook is good at making us work and never responding. They owe us some Good Faith if you know what I mean. I would appreciate it if you would continue to respond to McCooks questions about transport and supply...It sould like they need to get into an open season at the right time and you have a much better feel for that timing that I do. I took off around 4:00 and assumed you were tied up with MCCook. If you have time today, give me a call. If there is any chance that these guys are going to buy the plant, then they really need to get into the open seasons with Williams and PGT.... timing is everything. I also would like to discuss Stephanie Millers future role in the development game and would like your direct feedback. Thanks for having us at the meeting, I thought it went OK, but there really were two seperate agenda's and they were as much concerned about the price of their gas as they were interested in how it is going to get to the plant... and as you know, one doesn't really have to do with the other.
