Please talk to Tracy and see if we need to update the credit terms and then 
send the latest SDG&E EEI Redline to Sharon Firooz, Tony Molnar and Jim Walsh 
at SDG&E.  Then follow up to see if we can get these issues resolved.  Kim 
will be handling the RFP response.
