This letter is Planing's request for Engineering to look at the cost and timing to install in let air cooling on units 1 & 2.  The summer ambient temperature is 95 F and the coolers should be designed to lower the inlet air 15 F to 80 F.  Please leet me know what the timing will be to provided a + 15% cost estimate and the timing to install facilities.
