USGT has a new rate for contract 27161 starting Novemer 1, 2001 and in effect until changed or March 31, 2003.

East to East gas Flow - $.025 - 1 part rate
East to West gas Flow - Index to Index (with a floor of $.0246/MMBtu) - 1 part rate
