GRI's filing has not been approved yet, but the Settlement provides for an adjustment under certain circumstances so there is a good chance it will be. We will advise you of the outcome when FERC issues an order on GRI's proposal. The new rates would still be below the current rates. Both sets of rates are provided below for your convenience. If FERC approves this proposal, the rates for 2003 will likely change from those in the Settlement as well.
