The 744-mile pipeline is a joint venture between Duke En= ergy and Williams Energy, the parent company of ENL. Florida Governor Jeb = Bush and Alabama Governor Don Siegelman are scheduled to attend the ceremon= y, and we're crossing our fingers for a chance to speak with the governors = about several issues.
